Questions, answered
Does it work on Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Both. 3PL Connector is built for Odoo 19 and has no Enterprise-only dependencies, so it runs identically on Community and Enterprise - self-hosted, in containers or on Odoo.sh.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. Install the modules on a test database and run them in evaluation mode: connect a provider, map your flows and watch real syncs in the log, with evaluation limits applied. Enter a licence key to lift the limits - no reinstall needed.
How does buying directly from LataSys work?

My 3PL is not listed - can I still connect it?
Yes. Custom provider slots let you connect any REST 3PL that can be described with a swagger/OpenAPI definition. Core already includes one slot, and extra slots come singly or in packs of five and ten.
What does the maintenance subscription cover?
For £29 per month you get every update the day it ships, priority support through the Help Centre and access to the licence portal for keys and downloads. It is optional and cancellable monthly; if you cancel, your modules keep working on the versions you have.
What do I need to install to get started?
The Core connector plus one adapter for your provider. The Products, Inbound and Order Routing packs are optional and can be added later without reconfiguring anything.
